Most LuxRo pools take 8 to 12 weeks, weather-dependent. We provide an estimated timeline during quoting and keep you updated throughout the entire build.
Can I customise the shape and design of my pool?
Yes. Every LuxRo pool is designed specifically for your space, lifestyle and budget. We assist with layout, steps, benches, depths, water features and finishes.
Do you offer turn-key pool packages?
Yes. Our turn-key solution includes surrounds, paving or tiling, pool fencing and fencing compliance, delivered completely finished and ready for use.
Do I need council approval for a pool?
Yes, all Australian pools require council approval and a compliant safety barrier. We assist with the plans, engineering and all required documentation.
What areas do you service?
We predominantly service Brisbane and are also happy to travel to the Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast.
What happens at handover?
We fill and balance the pool, test all equipment, provide on-site operating and maintenance training, and supply manuals, warranties and certificates.
